Open Invitation

It's been a gorgeous last few days in San Diego, so like the dork I am, instead of ganging down to the beach with my friends to work on our tans and rub lotion on UCSD coeds, I took advantage of the 3-day weekend to finally clean out and lovingly polish my apartment in preparation for an upcoming parental visit and the imminent arrival of a friend for a weekend stay.

So here's the thing: the apartment is so spiffed-up now. And I have this luscious second bedroom with heart-attack views out onto the backyard, a futon, and an oozing residue of good vibes. You can even work out with the resident weightbench or have power script conferences around the bubblegum blue Ikea roundtable. Who could resist a visit under such circumstances?

All of you who want to escape the cold for a long weekend and see me in my native grazing, lounging, creating, and mating habitat need not even ask. 'Cause the fact is: you're invited! Come one, come all. I mean, the Quick Wong on 7th and Juniper can't be wrong, can it?

Two kids could tear up that place fast. I'd hate to see them try to play the War LP themselves.
